At Dance Street we want our students to dance for fun in a non-pressured, atmosphere. We provide a safe, family friendly environment - nurturing respect for both students and teachers.
Dancing is a great cardio workout - develops your fitness, coordination and helps maintain a healthy weight. We feel children and teenagers who participate in dance activities are more focused, confident and perform better at school.
While dancing for fun and fitness are great - it's technique that eliminates injuries and makes special dancers. We teach you proper technique, core body strength, beautiful posture and a knowledge of dance that is hard to match.
